Dayton’s Ebony Talk interviewed Sharon Harmer of the League of Women Voters on ballet issues for Ohio. The show will help first time voters understand the issues and explain the difference between a levy, a referendum and a constitutional amendment.
It is stated that 90% of new voters don’t understand the issues on the ballet, outside of the presidential candidates. This is dangerous in a democracy that depends on the electorate being educated on the issues.
